• For courier option, packages are generally dispatched after order has been ready to be courier. Customer will be notify before package being send out. Goods are shipped via Pos Laju Malaysia (local order) with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
• For international order, kindly contact us for international shipping rate. We will put up a special listing for international order with specific international shipping rate
• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile and easily melt products like chocolate and cookies. Your items are well-protected.
• For self-pick up option, customer will be notified when the order is ready for pick up.
