We are not accepting any exchange, return or refund request for all products including printables product. Therefore, please kindly ensure that item you are buying or order is correct as items sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

In the event where we have mistakenly ship a wrong item, please inform us at an urgent manner. If it is confirm that source of the mistake is from our end, we will request you to kindly return the product in less than 36 hours after receiving it and we will send the correct one to you at no cost. We will bear the full shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you. Please be inform this is applicable only to item that we have wrongly delivered (non-eatable item) It must be return back to us in it's original packaging unused.
